Thank you for using the official Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) App.
This page explains how users can request deletion of their account and personal data associated with the app.

🔐 Account Deletion Request

If you have created an account in the CBC App and wish to delete it, you can request deletion at any time by contacting us through one of the methods below:

Please include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – CBC App”

In your message, provide:

• The email address or username linked to your account
• A clear statement that you want your account and all associated data deleted

Once we confirm your identity, your account and related data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

🗑️ What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be removed:

• Account profile information (name, email, etc.)
• Saved preferences and app settings
• Any stored personal identifiers

🧾 Data We May Retain

Some non-personal, aggregated, or anonymized data (such as usage statistics) may be kept for internal analysis.
No retained data will be personally identifiable.

🔄 Alternative Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)

If you only want part of your data deleted (for example, quiz records or preferences), you can contact us with specific instructions.
We will delete the requested data while keeping your account active.
