The problems Solved;
Low-income-earning women, single mothers and young girls face many barriers to economic security. They struggle to strike a balance between work and family, studies, child rearing and supporting family members. Women facing economic security understand the lack of education and vocational training opportunities, well-paid and stable jobs with affordable and quality child education or access to quality and affordable educational services for children and single mothers.

We envisage a future where women, single mothers and young girls will be economically secure. We know that for Cameroon to be truly prosperous, there must be economic security for all, and not just for some.

The 237Empowerment Project provides continuous leadership aimed at creating change in Cameroon and beyond, receiving a response to poverty of complacency and equal opportunity.

Our plan
Professional training :
customized training programs to meet the cultural, educational, political and psychological needs of low-income-earning women, single mothers and young girls in order to obtain better paid employment in a working environment.
Programs that create access for low-income-earning women, single mothers and young people for appropriate, affordable and high-quality training, so that they can succeed in the society and give their generation a strong impact and help them with start-up capital.

Target: National research to inform promising best practices that will increase the economic security of low-income-earning women, single mothers and young girls in particular.
