Came into existence in November 26- 2015 in Yaoundé, that means today makes this vision exactly seven years old, but we pushed the birthday celebration to the 4th so we can have a cutting of the cake during our discussion time..
We have been able to achieve a lot and carried out lots of activities, and touch many lives.

Initially the Name was Ladies of exploits cause it was a vision with that targeted young ladies only, but after some times of analysis and prayers, we realized that many young men needed to be sensitize and brought back on track, reason why we changed the name to Ladies and Gentlemen of exploits under the coverage of the non governmental organization Abundant life women empowerment center.

Mission
Influence youth worldwide with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The vision
This is the mental image of the future.
We dream of a world where youths will be the breach through which God’s intentions for humanity will be fulfill

Action plan
1)To teach youths how to identify themselves as true disciples of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.(Evangelism, teachings, vocational training, educational talk, seminars, coaching, retreat, panel discussions….etc)

2)Teach them to take charge of themselves and take their lives at hand (studies, work, home, life partners, financial management. etc….)

3)Help them to assert themselves in the society by their decency in dressing, Good Expression, good manners…Etc..

Action plan
4)Choosing the theme of lessons to impact youth with, Finding competent leaders who are coaches beside youths to come and impact them and influence their lives.

5)Organising training, seminars, workshop for youth that can help them improved their skills and become financially independent.

4)Looking for funds to support youths with startup businesses and for partners who can saw into this vision.

5) Organizing prayer sessions, retreat, bible studies, all night prayers, outings, interactions,
evangelism sessions, supporting youth financially, spiritually and physically…

6) Organize French and English online classes to help youth who are struggling in any of the languages.

Objectives
We has as objectives to reach out to all youth with our vision in universities, schools, associations, churches.

NB: This vision is Non denominational, Meaning it is for all youth, single or married who are ready to submit under the Lordship of our Lord Jesus Christ…

We also desire to: Help youths to Centralize Jesus as the king and only master of their lives…

Help many youths to came out of the stress of life, prostitution, struggles, worries, non advancement, sexual abuse, rape, limitations, and the list is. unending..

We often meet the first Sunday of each month, but since the Covid crises we have really not being
meeting, but will start it back from the 4th as we gather for our panel discussions.

Our weekly activities plan for the WhatsApp group will be posted soon. And our plan of action for next year will be posted as well.
