Judge MacLeish calls my co-defendant saying, “Gregory Banks, this court has found you guilty of 11 counts of aiding and abetting in the murder of 11 persons. Your victim statements each require you to serve 12 years in prison which you will serve concurrently.” He turns to me next, saying, “Claude Restault, this court has found you guilty of 11 counts of murder in the first degree. Your victim statements each require you to serve 12 years in prison for each count concurrently.”
Verse 1 of 2 chronicles chapter 20 shows us the first principle in overcoming the battles of life:
Identify your enemy. This seems like a rather obvious principle but actually it isn’t.
Many people simply do not know who their enemy is. They start mistrusting everyone. Often we think the enemy is some other person even our own family members. But they may not be the ones who are standing against us but for us. Many times the enemy is our own attitude the way we handle the situation. Before we can start winning our battles we have to know who are enemy is.
So a few weeks ago, he presented himself for training to fight this ongoing war against the enemy. He loves his people and his nation, but all he wants is change. But he cannot see any other way but to fight Israeli oppression in the name of Allah. He remembers that in his youth he heard that he will have a reward in heaven if he sacrifices his life for this Jihad
Gratitude is a powerful force that we can harness. It’s not like the power of an internal combustion engine harnessing the power of burning fuel, but it’s more powerful and far less complicated. Gratitude was one of the keys that led me to gain freedom from depression.
When joy displaces our depression, we need to give God the credit for bringing us here. We must also recognize that Jesus is the source of that joy. But how does God do this?
Shalom is a Hebrew word that translates as peace,
Living a Transformed Life in Perilous Time. Transformed: to change into another form without altering the value. To change in appearance, character or nature. Peril: a situation of a serious and immediate danger. Something that caused or present danger.
Can Anyone Heal From Depression?. Depression is often not considered as a problem in some communities today but it can cause harm just like an illness. People suffering from depression go through a lot and are not usually noticed.

50% of all marriages end in divorce. No one marries to get divorced. They don’t say, “Well I’d like to go through the awful experience of getting divorced, so I think I’ll get married.” Everyone thinks they have found the right one when they marry.
Healing depression won’t happen just by knowing what the causes are. Instead we must do something about these things if they exist in our lives. Some of these causes are not necessarily due to sin or any wrongdoing, but many of them are. So let’s take a view of how they might manifest in our lives.
Beloved, God is more interested in transforming you from the inside our than in changing situations around you. Being filled with the fullness of God required the comprehension of the four dimensions of God’s love.
God’s And Devil’s Patience. We must understand that the word patience applies in God’s supreme will and also in the end time plans of the evil one. The Bible clearly makes us understand that the Lord is patient with everyone to turn to Jesus as the Savior of the world, but this patience shouldn’t be abused. We must also be alert and not be ignorant of the tricks of the devil because in his patience, he meditates evil to cause destruction and kill…
Many of us, even children of God, think that what God has destined for us will surely come to pass no matter the time it may take and irrespective of what we do with our lives, leaving out the fact that we have a role to play in God’s divine plan for our lives.
How mistaken can we be?!
Have You Been Marked? God will put his mark (stamp) of ownership on you for the day of redemption; you will be raised with every other believer and not be exempted like those without the mark.
Thus to receive the mark of God you need to receive God’s Spirit and this can only be possible if you are saved (born again)…
Prayer , is an act of communication with your Father, the LORD GOD. It is a too and fro process; where which you say something and you expect an answer in return. In other words, it is a one on one meeting with God. And if you must always get results after such prayers, you actually need to know how to go about it the right way.
In today’s study, we are going to talk about praying with your mind; which is simply praying with your understanding…
We must come to understand that spiritual growth is the process by which falsity is replaced by the truth.
Seeking God’s truth requires energy!
The truth has the ability to make us holy. Sanctification requires the revelation of the word of God.
The revelation is progressive and growth as well.
First and foremost, I will like you to know that the Holy Spirit is a PERSON; that is, He has all the characteristics of a person and more to that, He is God himself.
As a person, I mean to say He has:
So what does it mean to blaspheme the Holy Spirit? How would we ever do that?
I think it’s good that there’s only one unforgivable sin, but the idea seems to leave a hidden hole to fall into. Doesn’t it? So I needed more clarity, because I didn’t want to fall into that hole.
I know many are discouraged and have lose focus. But trust me. You carry what you don’t know.
We so much like to give credit to the devil, and that is why we spend all our times lamenting than accomplishing. We think someone or a force somewhere is responsible of our failures.. no. We are responsible of our limitations.
Goal setting works, but the problem with most people is that they treat goal setting like a one-time thing. They set their goals for once, and then forget them.
