Isaiah 11:2
“The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord”

It is very important to understand the person and ministry of the Holy Spirit in every believer. The Holy Spirit comes into every believer to identify us sons of God and to empower us to testify about Jesus Christ and the kingdom. The Seven Dimensions he brings in every believer are the following; they are again called the seven spirits of the Lord. (One Spirit, but manifesting in seven dimensions):

1) The Spirit of the Lord.

This is the dominion and administrative dimensions of the Spirit. He emboldened us to reign in the midst of our enemies.

2) The Spirit of wisdom.

As the name goes, wisdom is knowing what to do in a giving situation. You have the Spirit of wisdom in you. He is also responsible for words of wisdom.

3) The Spirit of understanding.

This is the revelatory dimension of the Holy Spirit. He enables us to understand the word of God and spiritual mysteries.

4) The Spirit of counsel.

This is the counseling and guiding dimensions of the Holy Spirit. He helps us to know the right way to follow in the midst of confusion.

5) The Spirit of might or of power.

This is the ability of the Holy Spirit helping us to subdue forces of darkness and to effective accomplish divine assignments.

6) The Spirit of knowledge is the prophetic dimension of the Holy Spirit.

He operates in revealing deed secrets and predicting future events.

7) The Spirit of the fear of the Lord.

This dimension imparts every believer with the fear of God. The result is what we see in verse 3&4: _delighting in the fear of the Lord; not judging by sight, nor deciding by the hearing of ears; But judging with righteousness and deciding with equity for the meek of the earth. Thereby living above sin and reproach.
