You are God's Workmanship

You are God’s Workmanship

Ephesians 2:10
"For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."

In all of God’s creation, God is saying that you are His most prized possession! In fact, in the mind of God, you are more valuable than the stars, the moon, the heavens, and all His handiwork.
Just like an artist with all the wonderful, creative pieces he designs, there’s always this one prized possession. That’s the way God feels about You! You are God’s workmanship, His masterpiece in all of creation.

You are created in Christ Jesus for good works prepared beforehand, you are not an accident of creation. God created you and redeemed you for His praise. In Ephesians 1, Paul introduced this idea by saying, “In Him (Christ) also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory” (v11‭-‬12).

Hallelujah! We destined for glory and praise.
Now, religion doesn’t teach us that. Religion wants us to stay in a sinful state. Religion dwells on, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Well, that’s true but not all the truth, because that’s also
the reason why Jesus came to give us with God’s righteousness. Jesus to redeem us from Adam’s transgression, and from the curse of the law, and because the blood of Jesus worked, we’re not “old sinners” anymore.

Do you get that? Believers are no longer sinners, they are God’s saints.
Nothing you did in your past could be so terrible that God wouldn’t forgive you. You are washed by the blood of Jesus, and made a new creation in Christ Jesus. You now have the nature of Almighty God! Please believe it.
You are of a royal family. In the natural, you may have some folks in your family that you’re not too proud of, but I’m talking about your spiritual family that traces its roots in God.
Make the difference (John 1:12 -13).

You have a crown on your head that can’t be seen with the natural eye, but it’s there, it’s a crown of honor and glory, and you need to believe it. All these are from God and not of yourself. Hallelujah!

Prayer:
Father, I am so thankful that you saved me from darkness to light and from the power of Satan into your own kingdom. I declare that I am God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, I will walk in them in Jesus name, amen.
